Marc de Champagne (alcohol: 45%) and grape must mixed right after the pressing to make this liqueur (about 18% of alcohol). It is served very fresh for pre-dinner drinks, to baste a frozen dessert (sorbet…) or in a half-melon. This batch will go well with all your desserts.
