The TRADITION batch is available here in a “sweet” champagne version where fruity and effervescent tastes are mixed with honey and candied fruit aromas. It will go perfectly with foie gras and desserts.

  • Varieties: 75% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir
  • Blend of the 2015 (60%) and 2014/2013 harvests.
  • Bottled in April 2016
  • Dosage: 29g/l traditional liqueur
