CHAMPAGNE EXTRA BRUT

Champagne Gaudinat-Boivin Leuvrigny

Finesse and ripeness

A blend of the 3 Champagne grape varieties, with a majority of Meunier, this cuvée has rested for 3 years in our cellars before being disgorged. This is a more brut and ‘natural’ version of Champagne, which lets the aromas of a wine at its peak fully express themselves thanks to its specific dosage (a liqueur made up of sugar and wine).

In the Champagne area

on the way to the Vallée de la Marne (Marne Valley)

Not far from Dormans, a stone's throw from the famous vineyards of Epernay, clinging to the hillside, is Festigny, a village in the Champagne “Vallée de la Marne” appellation, cradle of our family House. Since 1750, Festigny has witnessed our history and our winemaking know-how, generation after generation.
Welcome to our home, where each bubble tells the authenticity of this story that binds us.
